A woman named Leslie Appleton-Young, who is the Chief Economist and Vice President of the California Association of Realtors, conducted an 80+ page report that spanned 6 years, uncovering how real estate buying habits are changing.
Here's the one stat I thought was astonishing:
- In 2000, 28% of buyers said they used the Internet as an important part of their home-buying and selection process.
- In 2006, 70% said they did;
I need to repeat this.....
from 28% in 2000 to 70% in 2006.
Now get this, the National Assoc of Realtors
just announced the number is now 80%.
That is a gigantic JUMP!
Where are the buyers at?... Online.
Where do you need to focus selling and renting your properties at lightning speed?...Online.
So here's the bad news...
