I have. Not sure what to do with her stuff? Storage?

Depends on what town you are in and what your landlord / tenant laws are...
however, as a rule of thumb, you should be able to pursue eviction action for non-payment of rent, but once again, double and triple check with your local legal experts... military have special exceptions as well..
